  1. Item(s) are returned within 30 days of receiving.
  2. Must present the original tax invoice.
  3. Item(s) must be unworn and unused (due to hygienic reasons).
  4. Items(s) must be in its original saleable condition with all labels/tags attached.

Full / Partial Return

If you aren’t 100% satisfied with the jewellery, we welcome you to return the item(s) to us within 30 days period for a full refund. Simply let us know and we will be happy to help you out. The full refund amount will be based on your invoice amount minus any express post charges.

Upon submitting a Return/Exchange Request from within your account or contacting us, we will send you instructions to return your items to us within 1 working day.

Upon receiving your returned items, refunds/exchanges will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued the same way the payment was made, either credited back to your credit card or PayPal account.

Faulty item

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us at support@shinyjewellery.com.au and we will get the issue resolved as soon and smoothly as possible.

To keep up the level of service we provide to our customers we have to limit the number of returns and exchanges a customer can initiate to only two times per every order. Terms of return are within Shiny Jewellery’s sole discretion. We appreciate your understanding.
